All our products are carefully examined and packed by hand before being shipped out. This allows us to complete multiple quality control and ensure your products are not damaged before shipping.
We are doing everything we can to keep parcels getting shipped from us as quickly as possible. In pre-Covid times, our processing time was as short as 64 minutes. This means that 64 minutes after your order was placed, it was awaiting collection by our couriers.
During Covid, we are following all guidelines and regulations to keep both our staff and customers safe. This, of course, means we have to have fewer people on the packing floor than normal and, therefore, the processing time will be marginally delayed.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday.
All orders may be processed and shipped out from our multiple shipping warehouses all across the globe.
24 Hour Delivery
Order today and get it tomorrow. Orders placed before 11 am will be processed and shipped out on the same day, meaning you should receive you parcel the very next working day after ordering it.
We use Royal Mail, Hermes and Yodel, depending on what courier is offering the most reliable service at the time of purchase.
During Covid, your order may be delayed slightly. Although this is rare, we warn you to keep you informed every step of the way. If there is a delay, you will be notified by email/text.
48 Hour Delivery
You guessed it! Orders placed with our 48 Hour Delivery will be processed, shipped and delivered within 48 hours (working days only). Orders placed before 11 am will be processed and shipped out on the same day.
We use Yodel and DPD depending on what courier is offering the most reliable service at the time of purchase.

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it has been shipped out.
Depending on the shipping option chosen, it may not always be possible to cancel your order (for example, if it has already been shipped out), however, you are more than welcome to return your items, unused, in their original packaging.
To cancel your order, simply complete the Contact Us form on our website within the subject line CANCEL ORDER.
Please include your name, order number and shipping postcode in the message.
To edit an order/order details (e.g. change the shipping address), please complete our Contact Us form as soon as possible so we are able to implement these changes.
If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to edit and order/order details.
You will not be eligible for a refund if wrong details have been provided, e.g. incorrect shipping address.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
If you refuse any shipments from www.pearlbeautyandcostmetics.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us and the returns fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your postal service and alert our Customer Care team within 5 days of the delivered receipt. Pearl Beauty does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered without them being returned.
To claim that a parcel has not been delivered, you must contact us within 5 days of the delivered receipt and provide proof that the parcel has not been delivered. Please also check around your property or with your neighbours.
After 60 days, your tracking number will expire. When this occurs, no refunds or exchanges will be possible as it will be presumed that your order was successfully delivered.
In some instances, the delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package.
In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted.
We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as we do not cover additional customs fee charges.
We are not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
